MH rotor head mod
Stripped the threads on the inside of the holes for the bolt that holds head to mainshaft and didnt want to throw it away so i figured id try to drill it out and fit it with a bolt and m2 nut. I did have to drill out a somewhat worrying amount of material from the mainshaft but its clamped on so nice and tight now I think the friction will soak up most of the torsion energy, but time will tell... I will say that it now has absolutely no play and is MUCH easier to get on and off so unless it blows out on me I think it could be a very useful mod. Of course if someone took the time to find a smaller bolt and nut that would probably be ideal, but most people have a few of these lying around and it seems to work well.

Hey glass is it a solid shaft or hollow? I like the idea b/c I also stripped out the head screw and hate throwing 20 dollar bills in the trash. I'm gonna try to find something a little smaller.

Mine is screwed up too. I ended up squeezing the screw into place with a pair of pliers. I need to do this, also. Good job!
