he traded my buddy a perfectly good as new MCPX for a plane, got it today, batteries no good, one looked like the conector was dipped in C.A., missing nose cone, and the guy, local534 tells my buddy i just flew it before i shipped it. BULL CRAP. i just hope this guy local534 man's up and makes it right with my buddy. if anybody else has had bad dealings with LOCAL523 please post your experience.......

Wow!! I am having issues right now with the guy!! He bought a Trex 550E from me and the money got reversed back to him and he never wrote me back until now saying his account got locked out. So now I am out of a heli and $600.

sucks to read about this, I would contact the authorities on this matter as he has done this more than once and it is over a few hundred already.

Call the cops on both ends. If the heli was shipped via USPS, contact the Postmaster at each end as well.

I feel for the pain this is causing you mate, but I have to say it looks like a recurring theme with this guy.
I think you owe it to yourself and other to see this out so that he gets what he deserves.
I know it's unfortunate, and you may not even even your money or goods back, but at least you'll know you did what you can to ensure no one else gets screwed by this guy.

call the cops in your county give them the address and info where you shipped it. For six hundred bucks i would get in to my car and have my self a road trip to his door.

paypal unrestricted my account today and they money that they sent me back had fees taken out of it i now have 580.91 to send back once again to this man and i get no respnse.

Okay everyone just want to end this and let you all know that this was indeed NOT a fraud. I only thought it was at first because how quick everything happened and I never got a response. So with that said, if any of you were in my shoes you all would probably be freaking out and reporting the issue too. I did receive the payment today finally after this crazy ordeal. Can't say anything for whoever else has had a problem with him but he was willing to send the heli back if I couldn't get the money. So in closing we both happen to have bad luck with the sale and Paypal.
