Default Fix for vibe alert "brownout"

I had issues with the vibe alert in the past on the DX8, have been flying with vibe off in the last months. It was interrupting the link with Vbar during the strong vibe of end timer.
This week one of the pins that actuate on the spring (elevator axis) broke (the plastic that houses broke), so i glued it in place reinforcing the plastic with JB weld, all is new in that department so with the TX all open i made a small change in the vibe motor.
It's quite a big brushed motor, so it may hit a bit too hard on my aging HK tx lipo. I conected two diodes in series on the + wire to lower the Volts, it's about 0.9v lower. Also added a 1000 uf electrolitic between the motor wires just to "add" something. It may be doing nothing there, but won't hurt
Tested it and it doesn't affect the Vbar anymore. The tx lipo is half full, so need to test it when the voltage goes lower.
If somebody is in need to fix this a warning:
Be very carefull with the motor wires cause they are EXTRA thin. Took the plastic of from them softly with the fingernails, and conected pigtails and from then on added the components. It screams fragile

Finished the service with a nice dose of oil on the bearings.
But this morning i remembered that i also had thought of adding a switch to silence the buzzer for nighttime programming...
Next time....

You didnt say but Im thinking DX8. The G2 series has an intensity adjustment for the vibe. Some of the DX8's do have a fairly strong vibe.
That should tone it down a bit without just disabling it.

Well spotted, aerocal
Yes my dx8 has a strong&motor vibe. I could easily fly a MCPX with that motor
