Default My new Snap On hex driver kit

I'm not sure how long these have been available but my Snap On guy just got them and had a set on his truck yesterday. I couldn't resist.

7pc set includes 1.5, 2.0(5/64), 2.5, 3.0, 1/16, 3/32, 7/64

The 1.5 is just a little better fit than my Align and Wiha drivers. The 2.0 and 2.5 is an even better fit than the Align and Wiha. You can certainly feel the difference.
Granted the Wiha 1.5 has been used a lot and the 2.0 some but the 2.5 is like new. The Aligns were only used to build my 500 so far.

All in all I like them a lot. I just wish they had handles like the Aligns.

Part # SGDEH70

I paid 70.00 CAD +tax.
Not exactly cheap but since I always seem to owe him money anyways I might as well pick up something here and there to bring home.

I also have these midget pliers which work well. I already had several small needlenose and sidecutters from Mac so I'm covered there

thats not to bad i guess.
last time i bought something off the snap-on truck, it cost me 225 bucks for a 12 piece socket set. then i found sears, what a life saver.
this was 25 years ago though, so maybe price`s have gone down.

Default Snap On Tools

Being a tool guy myself in the auto trade. I believe in the "Right tool for the right job".

A tool could cost a Gazillion Octillion Dollars. "when you gotta have it, you gotta get it".

Since your deep debt with the Snap-On tool guy for Eons anyway, its just a drop in the bucket.

I don't mind Craftsman but the closest retail store I can walk in to get awarranty is 100+ miles away in a whole other country. Plus if they don't have it in stock I'm still hooped.

Exactly. Plus Sears doesn't bring the tools to you.

I'm a Snap On guy for life. No one comes close to making ratchets like theirs....especially their fine tooth ratchets. Their sockets grip rounded fasteners better. Their Flank Drive Plus wrenches are top-notch! "There is a difference."

Thank you!!

I love Snapon tools and use them on my Harleys. Now I can build a Heli set as well.

The Snap On set is cheaper than a Thorp set. I'm surprised.
