Advice - Walkera , Tarot or Copter X Black Angel

Want to buy a 450 FBL. I do not want to expend much money. I have narrowed down my sear to three options:
Walkera V450 D01,
CopterX Black Angel Flybarless or
Tarot 450 FBL
The Walkera comes fully assembled, the CopterX I do not know and the Tarot comes totally dissasembled,
I have been flying a Walkera V120 D02S and a Genius; and I am good at assembling and disassembling the helis; so I shall no problem with the Tarot.
I believe the Tarot has the best quality of the three. Any comments or recommendations

I'd go with the Tarot or CopterX. They'll be easier to find parts for and a lot of the parts will be Align interchangable. Also the build will give you valuable experience on the mechanics and set-up of the heli.

Your assessment is correct... of the three, Tarot has the best quality.

Walkera are awesome helis, but don't have he quality for larger helis like a 450.

CopterX is good, but I think that Tarot is better.

For what I understand the best value is the Walkera; but the best quality is the Tarot.
My only concern with the Tarot is the tail. It is not belt driven. Those cone gears tent to strip. I have a Walkera V120 D02S and the cone gears strip pretty often.

Tarot has the best clone quality. As for stripping gears, put some 500 size landing skids on it to get it a more stable base. I am a torque tube guy 100% as I have nothing but problems with belts. Torque tube require 0 adjustment, simply set it and forget it. If you really want a belt I am pretty sure Tarot makes a belt pro 450.

Walkera is kinda a pain because unless your local shop carries parts you will have to buy everything via mail order.

TAROT! Or any trex clone, you will save a lot of money compared to walkera or any other.

Tarot 450 Sport if possible.

My first 450 was a Copter-X 450 SE and it was good, but after flying them for a while they tend to wear out really fast, the bearings do not last long at all. You will find yourself replacing everything with Align parts eventually. The biggest problem with them is that the parts are not good quality and the tolerances are not good at all and they tend to strip and vibrate loose very easily.

I have had the blade grips fly off mid flight even with the feathering shaft bolts locktited, so you have to check to make sure all of your head screws are tight before just about every flight even though they have locktite on them.

On my Trex 450's, once the locktite is on I have never had a part fly off..

I would say just buy a used Align to learn on you will be much happier in the long run.

Tarot 450 FBL will arrive in about a week. It will be my first 450 size heli.
Now I will request advice in assembling the heli. I have been assembling and disassembling 120 size and smaller helis and I figure out it will not be much different. Any advice...
