part number for distance plate for futaba servos

I would like to know the answer to this question. I lost one of my distance plates while removing a BLS451 and I can't find it anywhere on the floor or online but it's on page 7 of the manual.

Can anyone help?

I couldn't find a link for the stock servo spacers, but I know HD sells some that might do the trick. Here is a link to the spacers they carry.

I think it's unacceptable that even one part, no matter how small, can't be replaced. It would be a bit embarassing for Mikado if people have to replace it with another manufacturer's part. If that's the case then why bother making the original in the first place ?
