Default Balance problem

I am having a curious problem with a set of Align 325 carbon blades.
They are balanced using the Finless method of equalizing cg. then teetering them with an Align prop style balancer and adding tape to the high blade until they are level. The problem comes when I weigh them. One blade weighs 25.88g while the other is 25.73g.

My question is has anyone else seen this and are they ok to use.

Add tape to the lighter blade directly over the balance point till they are equally balanced. Should not take too much tape.

Thanks DUCDOC

But they are currently "in balance" on the balancer (perfectly level). Adding weight over the cg of the blade to make them weigh the same will cause that blade to drop.

Am I missing something really obvious in my old age? I have never seen two objects with unequal weights be in balance on a balancer.

+1 to the balancer is correct. The weight means nothing (to a point). For example you could have two blades the exact same weight but be extremely out of balance if one has more weight towards the root and one more weight towards the tip.
That's why using a balancer is a much better method than weighing. In general weighing works with smaller blades (like tail blades) but the longer blades will be better suited to using a balancer that will take in to effect where the weight is on the blade.
There are some exceptions to all of this, but in general this will get you where you need to be.
