Default Bump question

When looking at the controller while charging and you have cellv selected, what do the colored graphs next to each cell indicate?

The reason I ask is sometimes they are shown on all cells, sometimes not. Does this indicate some sort of issue? I thought that it may indicate the status of charge per cell, but not sure when the voltage shows equal. Couldn't find them pointed out in the bump manual.

Those indicators are cell balance bypass levels. The higher they go, the more that cell is being bypassed during charge - which means that cell voltage is higher (it is more full). It can be an indicator that you have a weak (low-capacity) cell in the pack if it is bypassed (full) long before the other cells.
