great customer service from eagletree systems
i'd just like to pass on my experience with the customer service at eagletree systems.
a few weeks ago, i was shopping online for the complete vector system and all vendors apparently had it backordered. so i took a plunge and decided to order direct from eagletree. it was only a few bucks more, so i put my order in, and paid via paypal. a week later, my goodies arrive. during my install i realized i was missing the plastic cradle and mounting screw; i was alittle annoyed but not angry. i simply emailed eagletree systems and let them know the problem. 5 days later, my missing spare parts arrived. they shipped me the missing parts, at no charge, to me. as a new customer, purchasing from the actual company, this is very, very important to me. this demonstrates that eagletrees' customer service puts the needs of the consumer first. i really appreciate that in this day and age, with all the numerous online vendors with none existent or reluctant customer service. i will purchase from eagletree systems direct again. especially (wink wink wink) when they are offering the complete vector flight control system WITH autonomous flight capability and associated hardware. billp |
