Default 450 Sport V2 to DFC issue

Hi,
I have another issue with this conversion, because of the new main shaft which is shorter the swashplate linkage rods are too long, anybody had same issue or I am doing something wrong? should I just cut them down to shorten them or buy new ones?

They need to be 10.5mm long- measured from the metal bar length position.

I would get new ones from the PRO DFC so they are factory built with tight, new heads.

The sport v2 and the pro v2 has different servo setup. For the sport v2 I have three different rod length.

It did, but the rods are way too big, that is why I asked if I should cut them with dremel.

I see... You could buy the replacement links for the PLUS DFC... It has the same servo arrangement and same length drive shaft.

Regardless of the DFC shaft length, your servo to swash link should not change unless you have it set up too high before DFC conversion. DFC shaft is shorter since there is no room needed for swash follower.

Have you tightened the linkage all the way and they are still longer than the instruction length?

I believe sport v1 and v2 need a different main shaft when converting to dfc. Make sure you got the one for v2.
