Default Blade 180 CFX won't fly?!

Hey guys,

I was practicing hovering the other day and I crashed in to the clothesline, nothing hard or too serious but enough to cause some sort of damage. I went to fly it today and as I got to just above mid stick the heli tipped over backwards?! It just doesn't seem to be able to get off the ground without losing all stability. Nothing visually appears to be wrong and I don't know what to google for. Thought I'd try my luck with you guys, anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks, Keegan!

+1, from what OP says it do sound like a servo issue.

Same thing happened to me (200 SRX). The servo froze because of stripped gear teeth. I was able to disassemble the servo, rotate the affected gear so the stripped teeth wouldn't come in contact with another gear, and it functioned properly, but I still ordered a new servo.
