Hmmm... I've had thoughts that a 700 size gasser would be great, but after flying the 550 again today, I'm not really sure that I need anything bigger. Nitro (in that size) didn't really interest me due to the cost of the nitro, but a nice compact, nitro sipping heli like this is intriguing. I may just succumb to this thing. It would fit nicely between the 450 and 550, and give good flight times. This might be my "yeah, we paid off the mortgage" present to myself when it comes out...

That's always been the killer for me. I've always loved nitro, but the whole 7 flights per expensive gallon of go juice has been a turn off. That..and I already have a 600.

A purpose built 500 nitro...hell yes.

Not really into small helis anymore but DAMN I want one ..I'll wait until parts are stocked and see what the crash cost will be.Won't get one if its about the same as my 600N..Thanks for posting the video Dan and thanks to the OP for making this thread ..
