I have a walkera 22e and i just would like to know if anyone out there has some tips on good upgrades and replacement parts. I would like to get a new ESC, Brushless motor and servos but am not sure what fits and works well with it. I just got it last week.

Hi Andrew, I have just completed (still getting the bugs out of the tail setup) a full seperates conversion on my Venom Night Ranger 3-D.Which is th exact same as the Walkera #22 ez.(All Parts Are Interchangable) . I went with the Venom 20amp Brushless ESC,Venom Brushless 3200 motor,Eflite 10 amp Brushed ESC for the tail motor,GWS 50XC DD Brushed tail motor W/3020 prop.Eflite 110 gyro.Spektrum 6100e rx and a DX7 tx. Dont know if you have a computer tx or not.I already had the DX7 so thats why I have the 6100e rx .As far as servos go I'm just getting ready to replace my servos.I'm going to go with the Hitec HS55's or I may go a little cheaper and get 3 HTX 900's.There cheap and from what I've read, is there pretty decent servos.My only regret is I did'nt know when I bought my upgrade parts that you can buy a 12mm brushless motor for the tail.So when the GWS DD tail motor burns out Im going to go with a Medusa MR 12-30-4000 Brushless T. motor and a Castle Creations Thunderbird 9 Brushless ESC.From all my researching about these little helis this is the SETUP for the tail motor.If you dont want to go brushless on the tail,the GWS motor is a great replacement for the stock one.Its alot cheaper than the Brushless setup,and they last longer to.I think I gave $9.95 for the motor and it came with two 3020 props.I ordered it from BP Hobbies.com.Hope this helps give you some ideas on your upgrades.Plus theres alot of great people here they'll give you some ideas also.
