My First Align Heli-Dom700-How to order parts!
OK, I'm a new Align owner with a couple questions.
1. I see the Dominator 700 does not have unique ID#'s for each part. How do I order parts that are unique to this Dom-700? 2. The kit came with two booms. Looks like one is carbon fiber and one is aluminum. Why two? Why would I want one over the other? Thanks |

1. The 700e dfc and dominator share many of the shame parts. I would look at amainhobbies and grandrc for parts. I like grandrc because they have the interactive parts finder.
http://www.amainhobbies.com/rc-helic...nt-parts/c1516 http://grandrc.com/Elec.-Helis-&-Par...344/index.html 2. The 2 booms are just personal preference to what you want to put on for looks wise. I believe the carbon boom is lighter as well.

another good option parts or kits for that matter is
aligntrexstore.com They also have links to the parts finders. Experiencerc.com also has parts finders and is a viable source for parts. They also carry some of the quickuk.com after market parts. Amain and grandrc were already mentioned. Both "goto" sources. You will see that some of the parts are only sold in group bags so sometimes you have to buy a part you don't actually need to get tge one you want. Usually it's not a big deal. Use the parts find to find the H##### part number. The you can search the internet for that part and see who has it in stock. Can't answer about the two booms. They are both aluminum but one has CF finish layer for a CF look. Either will work. Maybe other know more about that.
