blades out of track how to fix??

Could be a bent feathering shaft or if you are running the stock rotor hub that could be cracked just below where the bolt goes that holds it on.

Sometimes one blade will be slightly bent or it will bend more than the other blade when spooled up.. Simply run it between your thumb and pointer finder as u lift up while going down the blade. You will be trying to give it a very very slight bow shape. Put a small nick or scratch on the blade so you know which one you did it to. If it gets worse do the opposite with the same blade.

Worn head dampers can cause a tracking issue.
If using the carbon main shaft, check that the top of the shaft is not split at the top screw hole. Blade bolt tightness also affects the tracking. If the heli is flying properly I would not worry about tracking, my #2 130 has been out of track about a year, I just ignore it and fly it. ( My blades are nicked up from hitting trees. ) I am by no means a 3D flyer and it isn't an issue for my flying style. HW.
