Default G380 HPS3 Conversion Kit
I've recently converted to HPS-2, so I won't be needing the 3-blade setup.

I've flown it about 12 times, never crashed. The swashplate does have nicks on it due to tool while trying to pop links on/off. The blades have normal usage wear. In short, the "kit" is used, but still perfectly functional.

What you'll get (also shown in pics):
  • Swashplate
  • HPS-3 head
  • (3x) spindle shaft
  • (3x) main blade grips & arms
  • (3x) DFC main linkages
  • (3x) SAB 360mm main blades
  • Main blades holder
  • Relevant hardware

My asking price is $175 firm, out the door.

As comparison, an actual kit is retailed at $194.01 (without the tail blades, tail pulley, and blade holder).
If you were to purchase the items individually at retail price, your total would be $316.

The OEM kit $228 comes with the Tail Pulley 20T.

The Tail Pulley 20T is needed for tail authority.
