VBar... easier to handle. Separate sensor is easier to mount and you don't have to care about influence from all those cables...

+1 for the full size. I've had numerous helis with both types and only have full size ones now. The extra sensor port is great for a phase sensor and the bluetooth port is in the main unit so I can easily use my $9.52 bluetooth modules with the Android app!

Both features are available also on the mini vbar. However I agree with the other comments that the full size vbar give more flexibility in terms of positioning.

The mini-V does not have an extra dedicated sensor port. It does however have a port that accepts three signals (I think it's RX-C) which allows the vBar governor to work with a phase sensor which has to be powered from a different port. I set it up on a 6S 450 pro and it was awesome. That being said it was much cleaner to simply plug a phase sensor into the full size vBar's extra sensor port.

They both do have a bluetooth port. The mini-V's is on top of the sensor which means that you have to have some type of strain relief for the bluetooth cable to reduce vibrations.
