Default Pyro 800 Comp With Jive

Anyone here ever tried this combo the 800-480 comp. with the helijive 120? I am thinking I can run this motor with my helijive, I have been running the Scorpion 4535-550 LE for about a year now with no issues. Mostly big air sport and speed runs, more speed runs than anything else. 14* pitch and 2300 rpms. Want to run a cooler motor the LE gets real hot...

Jay, do you have any logs you can share with the scorpion motor? Cant believe the HJ was sufficient enough for that size motor

William,
Yes I have many logs I can share even a couple from this last Saturday. I just need to figure out how to send them. Also what would you want to see on the logs?

I am running home wound 4530 with HJ and PJ and have logs of over 200A for longer than 2 seconds, so not just peaks, and both cope with it! It all depends on your packs and cooling. The JivePro is a completely different animal, it spools down at anything above 160A.

Yes Peter exactly I have logs showing from 170 to 190 amps for about 5 seconds, I have also logged 280 amp peak once. So the jive can handle more than most think it can...

If I need to add a file extension so you can attach log files to posts, please let me know.

.dat and .lov extensions would be useful ... Alternatively you can just change the file extension and send as a .pdf then change it back after receipt.
