Default Lynx Gaui X3 Frame!

I am pleased to announce the new Lynx Main Frame for the Gaui X3!

This frame was inspired by my own design, then improved upon further by Lynx Heli Innovations. There will now be space for batteries of quite large size, I believe up to 1800mAh but I am not 100% sure on that. It was designed with the upcoming Gaui X3 380mm stretch by Lynx in mind. Future ideas and possibilities include being able to mount a larger motor in the 380 class, for use with the stretch kit or those looking for absolutely insane power. Currently, the frame can only fit Gaui X3 size motors (Scorpion 2520, KDE 450XF, Xnova, etc.)

Here are some pictures:

In the Lynx frame, the battery position was moved, and also the motor was moved. This allows for bigger batteries, and very easy access to the motor mounting screws.

The blue/teal piece you see is a carbon fiber brace.

The frame is still in development. Changes will be made most likely. But for now just an early look! Estimated release date will be in about one month.

It can do either. The Lynx part is just straps and Velcro but you are able to use existing battery trays from your Gaui X3.

And from the countless thousands of Align helis in the last decade. It's a standard design that WORKS.

One of the cool things about the LYNX Gaui X3 frame is that there is SO much room for battery. From the front of the frame all the way to above the motor. There is a lot of space, and that makes it ideal for those looking for long flight time or bigger 450's

Have you had the proto type frame yet Bladescrapper,

I know it won't be much different from your working proto type but might be stiffer looking at the concepts

The frame is not complete yet, we are still working to make it even batter. I will be testing the final prototype but I am not sure when exactly that will happen, it's still a little while away.

Could you make the bottom frame has one more bolt hole for T-Rex 450 landing gear? I really want to try the Gorilla Landing Gear for Mini Protos/450 Pro on X3. Would be great if you can make the slot for micro tail servo fit the servo better.
