Well.. Had another great customer service expierence with HeliDirect.. My new build, Synergy N5C, was almost complete.. Upon installing the bluetooth module for the iKon, I noticed the yellow wire was broke off at the connector... So I called HeliDirect.. Just so happened Larry answered the phone.. Problem handled... I order a great deal (may not be a drop in the bucket.. But for me a lot!)thru them.. Not always, I try to support my Local Hobby Town as they too have great customer service & I fly with those guys... but if my local shop doesn't have it I'll get it thru HeliDirect.... Been doing so for the past 2yrs.. I can't say enough good things about them. Love u guys! Awesome!
