How to change Flight Modes When in Hold

I need to no how to change settings when I'm powered up and in throttle hold.

I can't change my Gains/Throttle Curves in idle up with out coming out of throttle hold

Could somebody explain how i can do this in a Futaba 8FG?

Go to the desired screen, say for your throttle curve, and select where it says HOLD. Hit RTN and then you can change it to NORMAL etc and you'll see that the settings for that condition become editable whilst the actual active condition stay as selected by your switches; i.e. HOLD.
