Default Blade 120sr keeps spinning out of control

I'm new to the site and flying heli's. I bought a Blade 120sr and all was good till I crashed it for the 10th time it started acting up. When I throttle up it started spinning to the right uncontrolably and has a vibration. At first I thought it was a bad tail motor and replaced it, and the problem still continued. When I hold it in my hand and throttle up I can feel it want to spin. I disconnected the tail motor and I still feel the vibration when I throttle up and feel it trying to spin in my hand. To me, it sounds like I might have a bad main bearing or bent shaft, but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe it's a bad wire going to the tail motor?

Would that be the problem even if I disconnect the tail motor, and the Heli still vibrates when it throttles up?

Would it still do this if the tail motor is disconnected? I thought that would eliminate the tail motor being bad.

Not familiar with the 120 but the vib does sound like a bent main shaft. The head that sits atop the shaft can also give some wobble. If you can spin up on low throttle, try to get eye level with the spinning blades and see if they are both in the same "track". As you watch the outer edge of the moving blades there should not be a separation between the two. Even with a good shaft ,the uneven tracking can cause a vibration. As to the spinning, make certain your tail motor is working correctly. Sorry Bud, that's all I know about tail motors, all our stuff is belted.

You may want to check your rudder trim has not been moved way off centre ( not sure what tx you are using ). also double check you have tail motor connector red to red dot they are easy to reverse. if none of these, take rotor hub and blade grips off, gently push a toothpick into hollow main shaft you may see a crack, they can be tiny but its enough. good luck.
mark.

Or a bent shaft between the blade holders.
Had that issue at my Nine Eagle Solo Pro 180D.
That actually caused a heap of problems, vibrations, rotation, not beeing able to lift off etc.
It's eazy to spot, hold the bird against a table, and look for blade tracking. one way over the other could be this shaft was bent.

Any landing where you only need to bend once, to pick up your bird, was a good one...

Probably after crash you put the tail rotor on the motor the wrong way. Look at the photo.
