Default HV throttle options ?

Looking for a hv throttle servo.

I bought a futaba 3051hv for the job but it sounds rough and is very loud. Emailed readyheli and i'm told it's normal.

I'd prefer to find a better option if possible

What are you guyd using ?

700n , lowered 3dx head , ys913ds , edge 693/105 , 8717 , sat bule vbar5.2

I was using JR 8717HV for Throttle, then I switched to Outrage BL9080HV
Now there are newer servo
Outrage BL9180HV is available

I think you got the numbers around the wrong way, the new rudder servo is BL9188 and it rocks! I think it is better than the BLS251!
If you use it on the throttle with FBL or Gov you should check first that you can use this type of servo with that controller!

Noone is using Outrage BL9188HV tail servo on throttle. But Outrage BL9180HV cyclic servo is a good stuff.

This is what I'm using on one of my 700s. Got about 50-60 flights on it so far, without any issues. It is a little loud but, one you start the engine I promise you can't hear it! Lol

Are you running the GCD (faster one) ?

I've read the specs and it appears to be 1500us center

I'm almost posative that I'm running the GCD. I'll double check when I get off work and post back.

I heard about them here from a member in the Northwest that is running the Hyperion HV servos for cyclic and tail on a Logo.

For the money, you can't beat em.
