Scorpion initialization beeps?

I have two "new" ( old stock from HeliDirect....I think they no longer make these motors... ) 3026-1900kv Scorps just installed in two 500's...and a 1400kv in a third 500..
One of them, ( a 1900kv ) sometimes when I hook up the batts, and bind the heli, the initialization beeps are either very faint or once I couldnt even hear them.. sometimes its as loud as the other motors...each time. it works fine.. just the initial beeps are some times not that loud, other times as loud as the other two motors.....Anyone have an idea whats going on? Could this be an ESC issue?

Totally normal, it just depends on the position of the motor.

Yep, just got a return email from Scorpion telling me the exact same thing....
