Default Virtual Pilot 3D???

Hi.

Has anyone here actually purchased this real aircraft flight sim??? The graphics look good, but there is no demo available and my gut is telling me it kinda feels like a scam.

If anyone has real experience with this sim, please let me know.

Thanks!

It's scam. They are trying to sell FlightGear which is free anyway.

May not be an actual scam (take money and deliver nothing), but looks like a lot like an expensive re-badge with some support.

Try FlightGear (http://www.flightgear.org/ - free and more platforms supported anyway) and if that is not enough then look again at Virtual Pilot 3D.

Thanks guys. I'll give FlightGear a try.

I've been flying in DCS World lately. I bought the P-51 and a Huey during their long weekend sale. I must say the attention to detail for EVERYTHING in that sim seems to be setting the bar among all that I've tried so far.

I guess there's no need to say more.

No THERE ISN'T ! (any need to say more that is......)

Thanks for the links. I tried FlightGear for about a minute. Doesn't compare to FSX or X-Plane10.

Next year, the company that bought the rights to the Microsoft flight sim franchise is releasing the next product in the line. I'm interested to see what that brings.
