One question though. Is the linkages from the elevator servo to the A arm touching the screws were the elevator arm hinges? Mine does! Very strange!

I don't think that backplate sensor will work with that motor.

This happens far too often. The gap between the clutch shoes and bell is too large, the shoes flex more than they should, and break.
