That above setup would make you, da bomb. Not sure if you are into scale, but there is also scale canopies, tri, quad, and quinta bladed heads.

KC AND M2C I have the 2208-3600 and would have said to go that route, but they are out~O~stock everywere, and inof8tive do not know when more will come in? plus that is lots of moding... but yes the 2208 can pull 220 watts vs 170

I have a question about the cc 25.
I already have one doing nothing. I also have the usb wire and prog. Why it should be better than the align one?? Thx, |

I would not put an older 25A into the 250... the BEC is under rated for 4 digital servos. If you have the CC25 with the new 3A BEC it is better for no less than two reasons. First it has a sweet governor mode, second it is 25 Amps vs 15 Amps. If you want to run the 2208-3600 it can pull 21 Amps so the 15X is under rated for that application.

In regards to BEC amperage ratings, I think 2A is sufficient enough for 4 digital servos. Take the 450 Pro for example. It comes with the Align 35X ESC which is only rated @ 2A and it's handling 4 digital servos without issues. Plus that's on a larger disc heli which will even draw more amps than the smaller 250.

Those old CC ESC's have BEC's that fail when you put them into a micro heli though even with 4 analog servos.
I went through it tons of times with the Hornets a few years back. BEC fails and you get a motor/rx cutout a minute or so into the flight. Some of my old ones, the BEC actually melts through the ESC shrink tube and pieces of the BEC chip itself literally fall off. The new ones are labled "now with 3A BEC" on the package. I've tested them myself and they don't cut out or get very hot at all. If you look close, they now have two BEC chips on them. One where each power wire enters the PCB.. The older BEC was not even 2 Amp, it was 1.5, the Align BEC is 2 Amp
