Default HK-4525-520KV (Not working)

Hello....I am running this on the TSA 700E and I had the Savox BSM-5065-530KV motor on it before working with no problem. Just mounted this motor tonight and hooked up the leads to the 120HV Talon esc changed a few settings so the governor knows the specs of the motor (I'm using the esc governor). I go to test the motor to see if it's spinning the right direction and nothing happens.....thottle hold is not on, all of the stick movements seem to be working fine in the MSH Brain software. I'm thinking I have a dud motor. Your thoughts?

Well there seems to be a problem within the electronics...I would assume the ESC..... I put my old motor in and it doesn't want to spool up either. The only thing that was done is swapping motors, setting the PWM to 8kHz and dropping the KV to 520. I did mistakenly plug the S.bus wire in the wrong way into the receiver.....but the way it was plugged in was all on ground no power so I don't see it shorting anything out. Any help is appreciated!

also when powering the heli up I noticed the esc only counting off 11 cells and quits with no tones after....and a continuous red led blinking.

All I can offer is I know that CC esc's will count 11 cells if you are not using fully charged packs and won't initializing if the esc does not see 0 throttle! Hope you get it sorted. I have that same motor in my TSA 700e also and it is a monster! LOL

With CC esc's you have to teach it the endpoint of your radios throttle stick or it won't intialise, even in gov mode
On most radioes you bring the endpionts of the throttle channel to zero both on top and bottom values

Then you move the stick full up, powers the esc and slowly rise the endpoint values until you get a confirming tone/ringing from the esc
Then bring the throttle stick to the bottom and do the same until it do the same

No it should intialise
