Default Clutch bell removal

Guys - is there an easy way to remove the clutch bel from a 90 SE?
I have removed the starter shaft completely, but the bell is not interested in dropping out
Does it mean a frame split?
Hope not

Thanks for any ideas
Keith

Yep - it's encased alright - and threaded to the pinion too.
But its no big issue to remove. The start shaft/pinion assembly fits into a 2 part plastic bloc and that is reatined in the frame by just 4 bolts. The 2 lower ones have the frame spacers and the 2 upper ones are direct into the bloc. Remove the 4 each side and the clutch assembly can then be removed (as long as the engine is out).
Took only a few minutes - much less trouble than I thought
Hope this helps someone
