Hi everybody!

I bought a new ALIGN Trex 700N DFC helicopter for Christmas. I would like to share the joy of building with you. I´m going to upload some pictures and videos here about the assembly, setup and flying.

Do not I repeat do not fly it without the tail upgrade

Read all the dfc tail threads or it will crash

You must do the upgrade

Listen to what automag just said!!! Dont even hover the thing! I had 4 flights and 500$ damage!!! The tail shaft that comes in the kit has a defect! Im still waiting on a reply from Align on what they going to do for me coz i just spend 2000$ on for for flights!

Question is where can I get the tail blade grips to go on that new hub. I have a older 700 i want to up grade but can not find the blade grips.

Yea then blade grips are different

Why upgrade ur tail if u have the older 700? if it aint broke dont fix it

the V2 grips have been out for some time now if you still have the v1 grips then you can get the V2 grips and new tail hub not the V2 its the tail hub that comes with the new 6mm tail shaft setup

For your N all you will need is the upgrade tail shaft with the black gear on it,

the only thing you might have to look at is the links on the link arms to the swash for the grips you will need to replace them with the old style 2.5 link that was on the old FBL head i have found that the new ones are a little short and you run out of room trying to set zero at mid stick
