i cannot find the brand name replacement bearings. can i use any 10 x 19 x 5 bearings?

One of the best comments I have ever read... Heli manufacturers don't manufacture bearings. They design their heli around standard existing bearings.

The answer is yes. As long as the seller follows the standard dimension order in the description. Don't think you need to worry about that with Boca, although I don't have any personal experience with them. Apparently, some of the cheap chinese bearings may switch up the diameters or width in the description.
