Default CPP2 BL conversion motor options??

OK.. CP/+/Pro/Pro2 owners... help me out. I am going to go BL on my CPP2.

According to my CPP2 manual, they suggest a BL 4100kv motor with an 8T pinion (optional 9T or 10T) With an 8T pinion and a 140T main (I think that is what I counted), that crunches out to be aprox 2350 rpm head speed.

I am considering these two motors which are basically the same but with different mounting and case.

Turnigy HXT 2030 (130S) 3500kv Brushless Inrunner

Turnigy HXT BS 2030 (130S) 3500kv Brushless Inrunner

3500kv with a 10T pinion puts me around 2500 rpm head speed. Both motors are rated at 14A which at 11.1v, puts it around 150W.

Do these motors seem like they would work?

Default brushless

I just the the BL conversion to my Pro 2 using the EFLM 1000 Park 370 4100 KV motor, and the 1000 mah Batts and did 8 battery this morning, the rear motor was just warm to the touch as was the new BL motor. I am not a 3 d person just easy flying. I would do the same change over again...

you could probably use those motors, but you would want to go with a higher pinion on account of the lower kv.
