Default Trim question!!!

New to the nitro scene, all my buds run JR radios and have this feature setup, but different on spektrum?
Apparently there is a way to have the throttle trim return to neutral on the spectrum radio's on each power up for that model ?
Example: I use throttle trim to shut off the engine after a flight, but after power up, the trim is at the same low setting and have to put it neutral again to start the heli...

Have flown strictly electric, so there was no need to mess with it lol
Hope it is a simple fix? or maybe just a rumor I heard?
tkx all

BTW align 600N if it matters

DX7 user manual, page #42:

Throttle Recovery

The DX7 has a unique throttle trim recovery feature. The throttle recovery function, when activated, stores the
current throttle trim position. Then when the throttle trim is lowered to shut off the engine, moving the trim up one click will return the throttle to it’s previously stored position. That stored position is then recalled by moving the throttle trim up. This makes shutting off the engine and restarting it with the correct trim position easy.

Throttle Recovery must be activated for each model.

Note:
To use throttle recovery simply trim your throttle idle as you typically would. When you
are ready to shut off the engine, press and hold the throttle trim down until the engine stops. By moving the trim up one click, the throttle trim will return to the previous idle position

I owned a DX7, and this works as described.

There is a similar function in the DX9 (which I now own).
But, on the DX9, you assign a switch to "Throttle Cut" that is separate from the "Throttle Hold" switch.

The Throttle Cut and Throttle Hold are similar, except that each has their own servo end points.
TH end point for idle setting
TC end point for engine cut off

It's a good reason to get a DX9

I use throttle cut on a separate switch, works way better. I'm using a dx8.
