Default whats the best way to measure Swash height?

having problems with my trex 450 dfc new heli setting up with mini v bar
i get wong numbers for collective and the cyclic 8 degree between 80-100 on the slider scale.. its way higher on the cyclic section ..
So i did lower the swash and raise it but cant get it right??anyone? thanks
