PRO kit has torque tube, CF frame, FG canopy. Standard will be belt drive tail, G10 frames and plastic canopy. Nothing about the standard not being metal head. Combos will be available for both. I would assume Align branded OS Hyper and maybe some blades. No pricing yet.

The flyer that was posted up says the standard version will be a plastic frame. I think that's from align themselves, but I'm not sure it could be from a hobby shop or something

Yeah that's what I meant. Apparently I can't get my brain and fingers to work together...hopefully that doesn't carry over into flying or I'm going to have some problems

I work for a hobby store, and I was told by assurance r/c that they would be out on the 8th of may. From what I understand it's going to be the pro version first, and the other version sometime later in may.

No where in any of the literature or specs that I have seen does it mention a BEC or Receiver battery. Since this is a nitro kit, a BEC wouldn't be something I would expect to see in the kit. Nor would I expect to see a receiver battery. If it turns out that the kit contains a LiPo receiver battery, it would need a regulator. Again, I doubt if you'll see this in the nitro version.
