3gx update Help

I just got a 3gx and wanted to up date to 2.1 but when i try to download it is says Adobe reder could not open Align 3gx v2.1rar because it is eather not a supported file type or becase the file has been damaged.

I got the unit used and it dident have the cd so how can i update this now.
any help please Thanks Brian

You need to use a specific program to decompress the .rar file, like winzip, winrar, etc.
