I am new to RC Heli's...and I am thinking about picking up the DX6 Tx...and of course a sim as I will need to log some practice before I pick up a real CP bird.
I am debating between neXt, Heli X and AeroFly...
I see the last post on this thread was about 8 months ago...so I am just wondering if AF has improved, or if I should go with one of the other two options, and if so - which one (neXt or Heli X).

Heli-X or neXt would be best.

Depends on what you want from the sim though. I love Heli-X for training tools, but on looks, neXt seems better. Both are good sims.

Thank you.
If I buy neXt, I would be able to use a Spektrum Tx, yes? What accessories/adapters do I need to make it work?

Yep. You just need an FMS-compatible cable.

Thanks man, would this be one for example? Says for Futaba, but I assume the pin connector will also work with a Spektrum Tx?

That's the same one I'm using. JR uses the same connector as Spektrum.

I've had a DX7, a DX9, and a JR X9303. I still have the DX7 and X9303, with the latter being my sim transmitter. My flight transmitter is a Graupner MZ-24.
