My FatShark Trinity Head Tracking & Spektrum DX9 How-To video
Guys,
After having a hard time finding this info, I decided to create a video detailing how to get the FatShark Trinity head tracker working with new generation Spektrum radios. I hope this helps someone in the future:

Ironically i was trying to figure this same setup out when you posted this vid. I have a couple questions. My Dx9 doesn't give me the option to set AUX4 to channel 9. I'm trying to do this to get my "roll" function working. Also i can't seem to get anything other than "pan" to work and most of the time it's not when I'm panning the goggles meaning that if i "roll" the goggles, the pan will function. is there a way to determine which plug goes to which aux port on my receiver? Thanks

First, do you have the three axis gimbal or the two axis gimbal? I will try to make a second video for a three axis gimbal soon.
As best as I can tell, you can only setup the head tracking system on channels 6, 7 and 8. If you need channel 9 to work, you're going to need to modify the radio programming so that one of the aircraft control channels is relocated to channel 9 (AUX4). Also, it sounds like you didn't go into the beep code driven setup menu on the trinity head fracker and configure things. If you did, you have a mismatch and you're sending the signals on the wrong channel.
