Default Customer service Progressive RC
I have been using a dual PL8 setup from Progressive RC for about a year now and really love it, I recently asked then to help me with changing a 7S split balance connector to a single 7S balance connector. Not rocket science I know but just never done one before. Matt answered all my questions and showed me multiple options of their products for whatever direction I wanted to go, with quick links to those products. Just saying these guys are top notch and buy from them with confidence, that been my experience.

Just recently purchased the sidekick ticket from them and we. I received it in the mail I discovered that the case had a piece broken off of it. I took a picture of it and emailed it to them. Before I had even left the post office parking lot I had a reply stating they would ship out another case. I wasn't expecting this at all and looking for a new case wasn't even the reason for emailing them. Big thumbs up to their great service and knowledgeable staff
