Default Big Lama just got bigger

Hi guy's
After the battery mod the heli was a bit slow in lift so I 've made some bigger aluminum blades, each blade weighs about 19 gr and is 20% bigger than the old ones
These are the specs of my Big Lama now
Rotor diameter... = 54 cm
Total weight ........= 575 gr (@ lift off)
Batt.....................= 2170 mA
Netto load...........= 185 gr
I know I am the limits of the motors because they get hot after 3 min of hover but I have some cooling fins coming my way and will do a longer test flight when they arrive
I have placed a old blade on the new one (in the pic) just for comparison

Aluminum blades on a RC heli! Be afraid be weary afraid.
I would keep my fingers away from those rotating blades.

Yep, got the lift like before the batt mod but the motors get hot and I am afraid they will burn out so I am waiting for the cooling fins to do any more tests

with the size of those motors, could you not find a easy brushed drop in solution?

They are 2 stock 370's but I will not change them, just slap some cooling fins on them and try to find lighter blades..
The problem with this heli is it is to big for livingroom flying (it kiks up to much dust and makes to much wind) and not to dependable outdoors if there is a bit of a breeze, I used it in a big underground carpark and it was a joy.
So because I like coax heli's I am compiling info on tru ccpm coax heli's to see if it is feasable to engineer a homemade 450 or even a 600 coax for outdoor fun (and not to expencive)
