Default newbie question

I am very new to this hobby and would like to know if yall could help me. Since being new I went with a used Heli. I recieved my blade 120 on monday. Charded all the batteries and started playing with the controls last night. It seems likethe servo push rod is stuck in the up position. I can tell it has been crased before. up on trying to take off it will go to the left and fall over. I took off the canopy and the right servo push rod is moving up and down but the left is stuck in the upright postion. I am assuming that I will need a new servo just trying to make sure before going into a hobby shop with some questions. Thanks for your help.

Check the little white gears on the bottom of the offending servo and check for dirt or bad tooth.

Could just be unplugged some of my micro's have had the plugs work out a little and stop moving. Still looks like they're plugged in they're just up enough to break the connection.

There are no plugs on the servos on the 120sr. The wires are soldered!

Sounds like the servo motor is blown. If it were dirt it might have atleast moved in one direction (opposite the dirt).
