Vibrations magnitude different in Playback vs Vibration Analyzer
Why are vibrations levels lower in magnitude in the Playback log and higher in the Vibration analyzer log?

I always thought they were different scales, but I'd like to know the answer for this too.

I get the Impression the playback provides an average value opposed to the actuals in the vibe mode.

The SL turns off whenever the SK-720 registers vibrations higher than either 7M or 10M (can't remember which). Which vibration analysis determines when the SL turns off; the Playback or the Vibration analyzer?

The Playback log score is an index, not a frequency magnitude like that reported in the Soectrum analyzer.
Whether or not SL works depends on the Playback log index. You'll have to ask Skookum to be sure, but I don't think they are directly related to one another. |
