Not sure but can this be caused by not enough lube on the dampers? Does it shake after you have spooled up to a higher headspeed and come back to a low headspeed (idle-up back to normal curve lets say) or only while spooling up?

Which 1 piece dampeners do you have?

Very stiff dampeners are made for high HS and I think they do wobble at low HS.

Put some lube on the dampers and it may help, but stiff dampers can cause that at low headspeeds. I run Trueblood dampers on mine and the heli does shake some on spool up. I only fly in idle up now and am running a Scorpion -8 motor so never notice it after I hit idle up.

Do you still have the old dampers? If so, put them back in and see if it still shakes. The dampers may of may not be your problem, but if they are the only things you changed prior to the problem showing up, might as well rule them out.

I know it seem strange, but stiff dampers can cause issues at lower head speeds. I clipped this from the page at Readyheli for the Trueblood super hard dampers.

**These dampeners are intended for head speeds of 2700 RPM or greater.

make sure your main blades are not too tight also check your main shaft feathering spindle and main head block for being truly straight if that fails try another set of main blades also have you balanced your blades checked tracking

hope this helps

all this stuff is new .Maby the blades is to tite , but i have ruled out the blades being out of balance i have 2 sets both sets do the same .... you haft to consider that it only starts shaking when i jerk the nose up and down like flying foward and pulling the nose up for backward flying it shakes so bad that its just a mater of time befor it slings the helie a part
