Nick Maxwell 3D Clinic (9/28 & 9/29) Cancelled

The Nick Maxwell 3D Clinic has been cancelled due to lack of response. I understand that it's difficult for people to take time off for these two days.

Thanks to everyone for their support... but the Heli-Invasion is gonna *rock*

Cant wait for the invasion . I missed IRCHA this year, but definitely won't miss the Invasion .

Matt Botos of Synergy Helicopters Joins the 2011 Pro Pilot Lineup!!

Wow this is cool!!

For the last three years, I've been trying to get Matt Botos to come check out the Heli-Invasion, well this year his schedule is free.... so I am happy to announce that Matt Botos of Synergy Helicopters will be appearing at the 2011 Heli-Invasion!!

So folks once again the Heli-Invasion is becoming THE best fun fly to see all your favorite pro pilots outside of IRCHA. Just check out the list.

Check this out... RC HeliWorks Donates BIG!!

I just confirmed that not only will RC Heliworks be attending the 2011 Heli-Invasion once again this year, they are also donating a Spektrum DX8 radio to the prize pool!! And the prizes keep rolling in!!

Pre-Registration Closes This Wednesday!!


Ok folks... we are getting down to the wire. Pre-registration closes THIS Wednesday night!! Remember pre-registrations all get a FREE limited edition t-shirt.

2011 Heli-Invasion Night Time Spectacular!!

I just finished confirming some of the details for the "Do It In the Dark" Nighttime Show.

Once again the king of night time shows, Master Bobby Watts will be performing his non-stop, pyrotechnic extravaganza at the 2011 Heli-Invasion. Featuring the latest iteration of the DALCON units, Bobby will be showing off what he has become famous for. Additionally, we will also be showcasing a very special feature complete with an awesome Triple-Flight with Kyle Stacy and Art Hughes!!

Also, on the hook for this night time show is legendary, Nick "at Night" Maxwell, who will once again be bringing his show stopping, heart pounding night performance... If you've never seen Nick fly at night, you are in for a real treat, because no one does fly bigger than Nick "at Night" Maxwell.

Also lined up we have the always crowd pleasing Jared Granzow... every year Jared, the master of precision brings his A game for an amazing night flight.

And to round it all out... legendary Art Hughes will once again be in the house bringing his unique style and in a colorful festival of lights.

Plus many, many more will partake in this insane evening of entertainment.

And for those of you without lights... once again the 2011 Heli-Invasion will have the huge light tower, so just because its dark doesnt mean the flying stops.... and thats when the real fun starts!

I assume the night time show is Saturday night? Is there nightime flying on Friday night, and if so about what time? Unfortunately I have a wedding to attend on Saturday so I have to head home on Friday night sometime.

Yes the full-on, organized night show is on Saturday. However there is night flying every night... heck they will be night flying tmrw (Thursday) night. All night flying goes on after dark and continues until the wee hours of the evening.

Well after three weekends of rain, it seems that the weather Gods are once again smiling on the Heli-Invasion!! I'm not sure who I need to pay, but every year the weather is just incredible for the Heli-Invasion!!
