Default Tail vib/shake on left rudder

Today i was testing a better tail servo on my 500 pro dfc, with a beastx.

Initially on the first hover i had to lower the gain. But when i apply left rudder, the tail shakes or vibrates when it stops. When i do a soft lef turn the tail doesnt shakes, only when i apply a hard or fast left rudder input.

I had to lower the gain from 65 to 45. But the shake is still there, only on left rudder.

Anyone have and idea what can be causing this?

Thanks.

I've never used a BeastX, So I don't know how the menus work, but if you can find an advanced tuning menu for your tail gain, there are 3 parameters to adjust: P, I, and D. You want to lower your D gain by a couple of points.

Setup your tail to be hands free in rate mode.
switch gyro over to rate mode, adjust your linkage rod until your heli hovers without rotating / rudder input.

switch back to hh mode.

should sort it out.

I tried to set my tail up in rate last weekend, and ran into this problem. because the ball link is supposed to go on one way, I'm restricted to a full turn. What I need is a half turn to make it perfect. Do you guys respect the proper orientation of the ball link ? is it a bad idea to snap a link on the wrong way ?

in rate mode you would never notice a 1/2 a turn. at least that's what ive found..turn it whichever way it would complete the full turn. a pinch of right rudder wont hurt
