Default Generator for field charging. Do I need a ups?

I have just purchased a conventional generator (NON INVERTER) its 2.1kw.

Is it worth connecting a UPS to "Clean" up the power supply to try to limit the frequency fluctuations or not?

Will a ups help?

How powerfully a ups will i need? or does it not matter as it will not be running off the battery?

I will be using a 1150w psu and a cellpro 6.

On mine I just use the power supply straight on the generator without a UPS. Using 2x HP1200 1000watt PSUs infront of a icharger 406duo. If you use a UPS it would have to be the kind that uses the battery the whole time (online ups) if it matters at all. My generator has a really bad frequency curve when I measure it with a oscilloscope but in general I think switchmode powersuplies are forgiving in both input voltage and frequency. Mine is actually rated for 90-264Volts and 50/60Hz.
