Very true, but as the price goes up the demand falls off, appears as though there isn't much demand at this price since its still appears to be for sale. If seller is really trying to make a buck (doubt it who can ever predict the supply/demand when this stuff comes out, probably just fine with keeping it for themselves) better be willing to negotiate because time is not on your side as soon as more supply kicks in. Tick, Tick, Tick.....

I am no team pilot. I buy what I chose to fly, had I chosen a Goblin then I would still be on the waiting list. But I decided on a Whiplash nitro instead. So I am on that Pre paid waiting list

The 630 will not out for several months. From the reading I have done, the vast majority of the parts in your 700 kit will also be in the 630 kit. Boom, belt and possible some gears are all that should be needed to convert your kit over to a 630 or a 770 when they become available. Pinion has a Video posted with Bert describing the 3 kits compatibility. It’s similar to the Synergy E6/E7 concept of using the same frame for both classes of heli.

I consider myself very lucky to be able to afford a Miniature Aircraft Heli, as they are surly not cheap. While I am not an outrage fan, I would not look down on someone for buying, building and flying one. Sure it’s a less expensive model, but if it makes them available for those who could otherwise not afford to enjoy this Hobby , then I am all for it. They do fly very well, just a pain to work on. Should my financial situation change, I would surly buy one if they were still in my price range.

I recall the same thing happening around christmas with playstations, tickle me elmo or other in demand items. I remember the ps3 for going something like 3k because some rich a-hole had to have it for their spoiled brat and none were available. It's all a supply and demand issue really. Remember the stories last christmas...people getting sprayed with mace, getting their ass kicked or killed even over toys? I see nothing wrong with the OP. If someone that sits on large sums of money wants it first they will gladly pony up the funds. For some money is not an issue. There are guys that could pay 5k for that kit and not even blink an eye. Remember that there are people on all sorts of income levels. I know someone that has upwards of 200 heli's and that is just the start of his toys. He wouldn't even think twice about this deal. I don't even think it would make him breath heavy. He would simply click and overnight the kit to him. Bottom line is this is the OP's choice as there isn't availability and therefor if you want to be first on the block (and plenty of guys do) then you will have to pay up for now. Although the OP better hurry up because the official shipment is right around the corner.

Good for you OP. I believe in the free market. Everything in a free market is worth exactly the price someone is willing to pay for said item, nothing more nothing less. The OP feels there is a opportunity to profit from his foresight and fortune and that is what makes a free market and individual freedom so great!

People can ask what ever they want for anything they want to sell and no one should fault them for it so everyone should back off. On the other hand the mark up is a bit high.
