Default SWASHPLATE SET-UP HELP?

Start off saying hi to everyone here, This is my first post and the first time being here.

Lets see where to start?

I bought a Heli-max Novus 125cp (same as the walkera 4g6 I am told) and realilized it was too much for me, Being a beginner flyer at that time. So I went out and bought a E-Flight Blade 120SR to help me hone in on my flying skills. Now that my flying skills have much improved from then, I am ready to turn the blades of the Novus 125 again.

Here's where I ran into my problem. As I was learning on the Blade I kept upgrading parts on the Novus 125cp. SwashPlate, RotorHead, Main Shaft, All Tail Assembly and so on....(Pics at bottom of Thread)

So here I go, Got the heli on the ground... Everything is on.. Give it throttle... Everythings spinning.....loooking good for take off.... and to find that the more throttle I give, The more the blades get pitched - The more it gets sucked to to ground? There is no upwards thrust? I swear I put everything back exactly as I took it off?
BUT OBVIOUSLY I DIDN"T!
The pictures I'm gonna post here are exactly the way it sits with this problem. I dont know if the story I tell can help dianose what I did wrong? If a picture will show whats wrong? Or should I make a video and link it to youtube doing what it does to help me out in this frustrating time of need......

PLEASE SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

I think the problem is on your TX set-up, not the heli.
Which TX are you using? You may have to reverse pitch settings.

Default are your blade grips on backwards?

on my 125cp i have leading edge control,it looks like you have trailing edge , that would def change your pitch around,

Default setup

When you set up the new head did you set it up with trans. On and at half stick on the throttle ? If not that will make the servos not work to full throw.
