Default Selecting Dolphin Model crashes G3 sim

Hey guys,

Title says it all. If I select any model from the Dolphin category, my sim crashes and asks to send an error report to Microsoft.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Didn't post earlier cause I figured somebody else would. I had a similar problem and had to delete a file to let the program restore it. The reason I didn't reply is I can't remember what they told me to delete.

PM vitek, he's the answer man.

I've never heard of this one before. If you have a recent version of the software you shouldn't see the Microsoft crash dialog. You should get an error message asking if you want to send an error report to Knife Edge Software. If you don't get this message, then you should update to a more recent version of the software.

Travis, do you recall the files I had to reset a while back? Now that I think about it I was having trouble with settings not being saved. I had to delete something and let the program recreate it.

You might try deleting the RealFlight.ini file, or using the Launcher option to Restore Defaults. In the past I believe that you may have had the corrupt .adj file problem. That could be fixed by deleting the adj file that was causing the problem.

The adj was it. Thanks for remembering that for me. I actually have a photographic memory, but sometimes I forget to load the film. I'm too old to be digital
