I'm converting my 450 to FBL and using a regular Beast X unit with a Spektrum Sat. I tried binding it lastnight, but the Beast X is not seeing a viable signal. Anyone have a similar situation and a solution as to why? Sorry if this has already been discussed, I'm at work and am trying to type this as covertly as I can.....

You need know if your sat it dsm2 or dsmx binding procedure is different

It's a DSM2 sat and I'm using a DX6i DSM2 version. The sat would flash quickly before turning the tx on in bind mode, then slow down, the the light would stay solid indicating it was bound, but the Bx just kept cycling the no signal pattern of lights.

did you change default of beastx from standard rx to spektrum sat. Refer to the manual and use of single line rx's !!
